Students graduate from St. Catherine Labouré School with a Catholic identity, strong academic skills, a quest for continued learning, and an understanding that service to others is a hallmark of maturity. While at SCL, students are provided opportunities to lead, follow, and serve in a Catholic environment. They enter ninth-grade prepared to be life-long learners who excel in high school and beyond.

At St. Catherine’s, students interact in value-laden, family-style, nurturing and supportive settings wherein they develop the skills and understandings needed for success in a rapidly changing, fast paced real world. Quality teachers and parents work together in addressing the multi-level needs of children. As a team, they are actively engaged in the moral, intellectual, physical, psychological and social development of each child. The use of proven and emerging techniques enhances the effectiveness of learning and teaching and is evident throughout the school.

Our curriculum includes the core subjects of Reading, Language Arts, Math, Religion, Science, and Social Studies. Additionally, all students (PK through 8th grade) have Spanish classes and participate in Art, Music, Physical Education, and Technology classes several times each week.

Each student is encouraged to reach his or her fullest academic potential while establishing a relationship with God and a commitment to others. The nurturing environment at SCL recognizes that no two children are alike and that the education of each child is an experience unique to that child.
